As Chairman, in addition to the istitutional rappresentation, my task is to govern the corporate life of the Cooperative: I convene and chair the board of directors and the working members meeting. These bodies deal with: - Approving the budgets and final balance sheets - Defining the strategic guidelines of the company and the activities managed. - Evaluate and approve investments and projects - In 2020 I took care of revising the statute of the Cooperative.

The goal is to ensure that guests have the best possible experience. I lead the reception staff and the housekeeping and I personally take care of every problem that may arise with the guests, its resolution and the management of the relationship with the customer.

During this internship I worked on the planning and the submission of the project for 2 municipal kennels, one in Piacenza and one in Savignano (BO), assigned by public tender.

During this internship, linked to the Project Management course, I dealt with the establishment of a new cooperative, based on the management of an Ancient tower (Torre Jussi), owned by the superintendence for archaeological heritage. Family-run restaurant in which I had a first important approach with all the possible implications deriving from managing a small business; specifically restorative. I dealt with: table service, personnel management, relations with suppliers and employees, fulfillment of tax obligations and relations with creditors.

First work experience within a complex organization. In the first year I was employed as a simple worker. Later I was promoted to toolmaker and programmer and I had the opportunity to have a first encounter with teamwork and responsibilities towards colleagues and superiors. In recent years I have acquired manual skills that have served me in all subsequent uses.
