About Francesco Cortese
Strong interest in international and new technology law. In particular, my passion ranges from migration law to EU-derived law, especially in the garb of 'anti-money laundering.My research project for my Master's Thesis was oriented on the regulation of corporate groups, with a focus on directors' liability in the management and prevention of corporate crises.I am currently working on U.S. immigration, international and AML law. I have held various positions in the areas of immigration law and AML, where I have had the opportunity to bring all my passion for legal research to bear and to hone my skills and analytical and problem solving abilities, as well as the ability to work in a team.I believe that, nowadays, legal advice means being able to anticipate changes in society, and not just adapt to them.Passionate about music, a former pianist, I am constantly updating myself on the latest technologies. In my spare time I participate in volunteer events, especially clean-up days in the area.
