I am originally a geotechnical engineer and spent 3 years in a civil infrastructure design environment before moving across to the Renewable Energy sector. I am proud to contribute to this industry, which plays a pivotal role in creating a greener, more sustainable future.Currently, I lead a team of five in the Commercial Performance Monitoring and Management Unit at Enel X Global Retail. In this role, and throughout my career, I have consistently driven innovation and process re-engineering to optimize business operations. With over five years of experience in business intelligence and analytics, I am committed to fostering a data-driven culture within the company.Previously, I was part of the ICT department, where I led a pivotal project that enabled the simultaneous monitoring of technical and financial progress for all Enel X Digital Hub initiatives.After my M.Sc I did a Postgraduate Professional Master in Geotechnical Design, during which I was honored to be able to work and study with top professors. This experience gave me a multipurpose work method and further expanded my analytical and critical thinking skills and my problem-solving attitude.Energetic and conscientious, with a lot of enthusiasm and curiosity, I am honest and respectful, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn.Throughout my life, I have always planned and managed my time to achieve a good balance between my studies and other interests such as sports, especially those that can be practiced outdoors. I have played at a competitive level in both football and tennis.
