    For the SITA management, I'm the Service Customer Manager of all the ABC (Automated Border Control) e-Gate projects: the Fiumicino Airport (AdR), Aeroporto di Bologna and Aeroporto di Napoli (Gesac). This project, implemented by SITA, allows the automated control of the passenger's e-Passport. This is the first SITA project in production in Italy. The volume of pax managed by this service is around 6 Millions of Pax per year. I’m working as SITA single operational point of contact, for ABCGate project, for the all customers (FCO, NAP and BLQ). I lead the operational team on that service. I’m owning the end-to-end service and operational management. I deal with the issues and incidents management with the L2 and L3 support collaboration. I’m collaborating with other SITA supplier (Datavision srl) that is the first and the second level of the operational support. Strongly oriented to the resolution of problems, I’ve a high ability to analize it and address or implement the correct solution. I’ve a strong ability to work under pressure. I've built a solid collaboration and good relationship with the different components of operational team and the customer. I’m implementing a continuos service improvement following the method (ITIL Service Support and Service Delivery) and my experience. This experience allows to me to know the “how to” for crisis management, too.
