Genetic and epigenetic analysis of single nucleotide polymorphisms of two genes, MyD88 and TIRAP, involved in the immune response to the Mycobacterium tuberculosis.Statistical analyses including the calculation of ODDs ratio using Fisher’s exact test between control and cases, sample size, Hardy–Weinberg equilibrium, Mantel–Haenszel test, logistic regression analysis coupled with bootstrap resampling, Generalized Linear Model procedure, and the univariate ANOVA with Tuckey’s HSD post hoc test. AchievementsI defended my PhD thesis after 3 years of research. I have published 3 scientific articles as second author.
