Electronics hardware design, microcontroller firmware development, 3D design.Some relevant projects:- FabDock IQ submersible pump controller -I devised a solution to detect the presence of water by measuring the current consumption of the pump, then I designed a solid-state controller to activate the pumping unit when needed.The board required an IP68 protection so I have designed an overmolded enclosure and the mold required to produce it.- Tobacco kiln fan controller - • hired to redesign an existing product, I replaced a traditional "wires and relays" assembly with an electronic board that reduced the production costs by 65%. A collaboration between Aecivitas and the Universitiy of Florence to build an electric race motorcycle.My contribution to the project:-Definition of the motorcycle layout, gearing and mechanical setup-Overseen the design and construction of the vehicle-Assembly of LiPo battery packs-3D concept design of a new dashboard

The team had two riders (Jonas Folger and Danny Kent) with two different motorcycles (Aprilia RSA125 and Aprilia RS125) and I was in charge of the electronics for both the vehicles.I was analysing the data of both riders with particular attention to the engine parameters since I had a direct responsibility of the engine management settings/strategies.Thanks to my organizational/technical and multitasking skills, we have been able to obtain excellent results like the victory in Silverstone with Jonas Folger.

• I was in charge of the electronics on Lukas Pesek’s motorcycle. My duties involved the maintenance and calibration of the system, data analysis and engine management.• I acted as point of contact between the mechanics, the technical director and the rider. Developed charts and diagrams to share information with the crew.

During my university studies I consulted my former race team and I have been involved in the development of components and technologies.After my graduation I have been hired full-time. I was in charge of radio communications, network domain administration (Win & Linux) and design of electric/electronic components.

Our crew was officially supported by Bridgestone as R&D team with Makoto Tamada and Shinichi Ito as riders.After a schooling period at the Honda R&D headquarters in Japan (HRC), I designed a secondary data recording system to collect the information required by Bridgestone engineers.Being responsible for the electronics on both motorcycles, I managed four independent data recording systems and provided accurate information to a multitude of engineers from Honda and Bridgestone.I was also in charge of the engine management, developing engine maps and traction control strategies.

I was responsible for electronics and data recording. My duties included data analysis for both riders (Daniel Pedrosa and Joan Olive') and the management of the engine control unit.The team scored exceptional results with three race wins, ten podiums and a third place on the overall standing.
