I am Software Designer and Developer member of the Flight Software AGILE team at D-Orbit spa.In the last years I have worked in the design and development of Space and Ground Segment systems.For the Space segment I'm working in the InOrbit NOW program, with the ION-mk01 Lucas SCV-001 mission ORIGIN launched the 3/9/2020.For the Ground segment I worked in the field of Earth Observation, as COSMO-SkyMed Second Generation.I have successfully defended the final PhD exam in Aeronautical and Space Engineering at "La Sapienza" University of Rome in date 22/02/2018. The thesis title is “Design of an automatic image processing pipeline for Space Debris detection based on GPU technology” developed under the supervision of Prof. Fabio Santoni and Prof. Fabrizio Piergentili.

The satellite is a small spacecraft deployer of CubeStas and microsatellites into precise and independent orbital slots.• ION-mk02 (to be launched)The satellite will be launched in the 2021. The satellite is a small spacecraft deployer of CubeStas and microsatellites into precise and independent orbital slots equipped with a liquid propulsion system.The Flight Software developed for the InOrbit NOW program include all the systems and subsystems of the satellites. In particular: OBC; ADCS; DPOD deployer system equipped with FPGA; DSENSE multi-sensors module equipped with Sun and Earth’s horizon sensors, magnetometer, gyroscope and camera; DACT reaction wheel module; PROACT propulsion system module equipped with FPGA; OBDH and TM/TC.The HW used is AVR32 Microcontroller with: 1Gbit SPI flash memory, 4Mbit FRAM, 256Mbit SDRAM, 2x CAN interfaces, 2x RS-422 interfaces, 2x I2C interfaces, 2x SPI interfaces, 4 x 4 GB configurable eMMC non-volatile memory.The real-time embedded Software is developed in FreeRTOS OS using C language. The Software follow the ECSS, it is unit tested and integrated in the CI/CD Jenkins server.A command line Test Ground Station was developed for the Ground Segment of the mission that include the Telecommands encoding and the Telemetry decoding. -
