DescriptionObjective: • to supply, on time and in exact quantities, more than 90% of the original equipment tires (OE tires) destined for the German market. Main activities: • planning and executing export flows from a factory warehouse to German Market Channel OE; • relationship with producer export team (local logistics & 3PL) for network and export planning; • managing direct orders to end customers (Original equipment manufacturers); • relationship with BU cross-functional teams (Commercial, quality, R&D, Marketing); • availability Management; • analysis of stock and daily consignment from the factory; • continuous improvements: new flows and processes.

Objective:• providing the basic skills in defining and developing an industrial quality control project. In particular, analysis and drafting of the technical specification, processing of experiments, development of a prototype, and implementation of a pilot system.The main activities for the internship were part of a company project for the realization of online quality control for a final customer.Main activities:• analysis and review of Machine Vision algorithms;• implementation of algorithms with languages like Python;• elaboration and realization of experimental setups for the final system;• collection of significant datasets and validation of algorithms;• project implementation on a real-time platform;• validation of results concerning performance and calculation time.
