I am responsible for the strategic development and the integration of sustainability in the company’s value offer, and I am in charge of main initiatives with significant impact on P&L. Managing people and budget, I deal with Board Members, clients (both internal and external), partners, providers and project leaders.Main responsibilities:• Support of the Board of Directors for the integration of sustainability in the business model• Strategic Partnerships (negotiation, definition and implementation)• Integration of sustainability in the value offer• Definition of the institutional message and storytelling of sustainability• Adaptation to relevant local and European legislations (SFDR, MiFID, IDD, CSRD, …)• Board member of the Strategy and Sustainability Committee of AEB (Spanish banking association)• Coordination of the Strategic Business Committee of the Company (definition and follow up of strategic initiatives)• Corporate Sustainability Reporting• ESG risks management• Design and implementation of new business lines

Reporting directly to the General Manager, and based on my previous experiences, both in business, managing customer services, and in organizational design / business process reengineering, I advise and I'm responsible for all aspects of people management: recruiting, internal mobility, mentoring, compensation, conflict management. I'm also in charge for:- management of industrial relations with Unions;- organizational design in terms of models, structures, sizing, processes and roles.

Managing a team of 20 banking specialists, I was responsible for banking operations realized via call center and internet, with the objective of guarantee customer satisfaction and enhance the User Experience.
