• Drove the adoption of the trainings roadmap through the implementation of pilots around communication and project management topics. - Led a team of 3 people in the KPI framework definition of retail division of a multinational company leader in Energy industry, aimed at analyzing, evaluating and prioritizing investments of a portfolio of 20+ digital projects- Designed and developed an investments evaluation tool based on the mentioned KPI framework and on volumes / average unit costs savings and NPV generation;- Defined a tool for projects strategic prioritization and "what if analysis" support, which allows to analyze changes caused by variations of savings release years or adoption ramps.- Monitoring tool implementation aimed at supporting analysis between the evaluated savings target and real savings accrued during the year.- Executed change management activities to achieve new framework dissemination and to foster tool adoption

> Global Cost Control Model Definition (P&C function - ICT division):- Collaborated in a team of 5 people in designing and implementing a Global Cost Control Model for ICT division (P&C function).The model includes planning, actual, cost allocation and invoicing logics in accordance to a BSN Service catalogue- Defined new pricing model, leveraging on new cost control model, deployed in all the ICT units 500+- Supported analysis to the planning phases (budget, forecast, pre-closing, plan) and defined operative and institutional reports;- Carried out workshop and training sessions focused on the new processes and implemented systems- Rolled out solution to integrate Local SAP (in Latin America) in new cost control model. Support in Chile for few weeks. > PMO Reporting and P&C units:- Guided and monitored budgeting phases through 15 global hubs spread over 10 countries;- Drafted operative guidelines and roles and responsibilities (RACI Matrix);- Executed change management sessions on project managers (train the trainer).
