I am currently engaged in a dynamic role that centers around enhancing and managing the reporting and monitoring processes for various financial instruments and recovery funds across multiple countries, including Italy, Spain, Romania, and Greece. My key responsibilities involve:Leading the update and development of procedures for DFI and RRF reporting and monitoring, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Overseeing the methodology and templates for RRF reporting/monitoring, including the delivery of progress and intermediary reporting templates for Italy, Spain, and Romania.Contributing to the direct modality reporting by providing input to existing or new templates and maintaining the up-to-dateness of procedures within my area of responsibility.Supervising mandates such as JESSICA, DFI, GGF, and RRF in Greece, including reporting, contract amendments, fund movements, and more.Reviewing and validating financial movements and documents for Greek DFI/JESSICA and GGF portfolios, as well as the RRF Greece mandate.Offering high-level assistance for Italian and Spanish portfolios, including onboarding the RRF Spain mandate and applying oversight on the RRF Romania mandate alongside a colleague.Playing a pivotal role in the preparations and implementation of closure activities for GGF, proposing streamlined reports/processes to alleviate the workload, and contributing to audit preparations.Training new colleagues in relevant areas and ensuring a smooth handover of legacy portfolios, as well as taking over specific reporting tasks and treasury and monitoring responsibilities as required.This role requires strategic oversight, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency across all mandates under my supervision.
