Francesco is certified as Data Privacy Officer by TUV Italy, IAPP CIPP/E, CIPM, FIP, Associate PM. He is acquiring the CISM certification (ISACA exam passed!!).Staring Jan 2th, as Data Protection Subject Matter Expert, he joined IBM Global Technology Services Global Project Management Office team. His role is to support the definition and relevant developing of GDPR compliance program at IBM GTS Corporate level.In the last 3 years he covered the Global Data Privacy Officer (DPO) role at V-TServices Spa.As DPO, his scope was to provide and lead cross countries Data Privacy compliance that had an impact for more than 100 Data Controllers (located in 20 countries) specialized in Financial Market. He played a role as Resource & Capacity Manager and Resource Deployment Manager for all IBM Italy Global Technology Services ("GTS") Workforce (more than 3.000 people).Responsible of the most effective and efficient utilization of GTS workforce, he ensures that resource capacity meets current and future business requirements and demand. He was responsible to fulfill staffing and prioritization requests in order to ensure the right staff assignments in the right time (including vendor management workforce & skills).He was also responsible for department's data collection, reporting & trending, solution performance oversight, ad-hoc studies, benchmarks, modeling and forecasting, etc.As Capacity Manager, he provided management and direction for the Capacity Planning function and supports re-skill/allocation resources and cost optimization.
