Formulation & Filling QA Floor Support Specialist in charge of:- Execution of environmental monitoring sampling in A (RABS and isolator) ,B,C,D HVAC class (ISO 5, 7 and 8 class)- Leading the training of operators and new QA technician;- Evaluation of process alarms and machine cycles;- Observation of Aseptic Process Simulation;- Participating to investigation of events (observations/deviations);- Batch review of semi-finished products.

Production operator appointed to:- Preparation of solutions and products derived by foods, Hymenoptera poisons, pollens, bacteria, mites, animal hairs and dandruff;- Filling of sterile and non-sterile products;- Management of finished products;- Updating of documentation;- Management of cleaning validation protocols;- Management of production instruments and log books.Among the variuos competences there are:- Compilation, writing and updating of GMP documents, MBRs, SOPs and IOs and process validations.- Visual inspection, labelling, sampling for quality controls and stored of finished products.- Activities in A, B, C and D grade HVAC locals: weighing substances and excipients in dispensing local, preparation of API, EM2 bulk and solution, semiautomatic filling and sealing of sterile products and automatic filling of non-sterile products, pH correction, diafiltration, washing of glassware, instruments and filtering system, moist and dry heat sterilization (autoclave and oven), and integrity test with Sartocheck.
