In this role I was the manager of 8 persons (7 in Italy plus one in Greece). I was in charge for the planning of the ITS (Informatic Technical Specialist) resources in Italy, Balcans, Greece and Malta. I scheduled and planned ITSs' activities in alignment with EMEA Sales Team.I provided Technical support to the Sales Team during the business negotiation making detailed analysis of customer requirement and matching them with possible software solution can be implemented; writing and editing Implementation Technical documents (S.O.W.). After the business negotiation I manage the Technical Kick-off meeting with the customer to deploy to my team the Statement of Work of the project.I also support my team for critical technical issues during the installation.
