HR Manager/Business Partner for stores located in Italy,Spain,Switzerland,Austria,Greece,Czech Republic,Hungary.Responsible for recruitment,development,labour unions,ER,HR budget,comp & ben.,HR Systems and change management.Working closely with Business Leaders(both at Region and Worldwide level) to understand the needs and to design actions for achieving Company's goals providing strategic advice.Training management on different HR issues (legal,communication)Managing a team of 2 HR Managers and 2 HR Assistant.

Responsible for HR for both Corporate and RetailRecruitment:responsible for around 10/15 new openings per year in Italy(around 100 stores in total).Development:designing and following different tools for supporting managers on identifying talents and creating a proper career plan.Responsible for Employees Relations Training:Master trainer for the Country to deliver different trainings(leadership for senior managers,presentation techniques,recruitment,);responsible for identifying and train new trainers within the Country.Tariner for HR managers from other Countries.Roll out for new HR tools from the HQ (Italy as a pilot for different projects)

Responsible for creating the Store sales Budget; Recruitment and development of the people working in the store;Workforce planning;Competitors analisys;In store visual and definition of the merchandise mix;P&L analisys;
