As associate in the Account Management Department, my primary responsibilities were managing Beijing Areas Clients regarding financial, accounting, corporate, HR and tax operations. Acting as Company's Representative in Norther China, I was in charge of Beijing Offices P&L and developing and implementing growth opportunities through customers acquisitions and brand developing. I supervised, managed and improved the overall performance of the Beijing office, by designing and implementing Lean office protocols and by reengineering key business process.

In Foxconn CCPBG I was part of the engineering team studying improvements in the assembly line for Sony mobiles phone. In particular, I designed a standardized assembly line in order to reduce set up time, increase flexibility and UPH while improving ergonomic aspects too. In addition, the team developed a program for matching efficiently working station with operators. The project classified 3rd among 25 selected projects for the 2013 operations excellence challenge.
