Together with the Group Head of Export&Structured Finance dept. I am responsible for the:- negotiation and drafting of international commercial contracts (purchase&sale, NDA, EPC, Fidic based, etc). I work every day with international customers, discussing with them in order to find a suitable financing&contracting solution for their business needs;- structuring and closing of complex financial transactions in the field of Export&Structured Finance (Buyer’s Credit, Supplier’s Credit, ECA covered export financing). I assist Danieli and its worldwide customers in the development and implementation of effective financing facilities;- negotiation of Trade finance tools such as bank guarantees and letters of credit;- mantaining relations with international banks, ECAs and worldwide customers;- claim management (analysis and structuring of the claim and drafting of the possible settlement agreement).
