    As the head of the Quality Department I have to coordinate the activities of 13 employees divided into the following sections: suppliers quality, customer quality service, quality control, metrology and laboratory. Referring directly to the top management of the company the team has to assure the final quality of the products delivered to the customer in respect of the agreements, product standards and laws. Other activities are the continuous improvement of all products and the company Quality System,along with the development of suppliers and Siac’s consociates (Slovenian and Bosnian plants). The Project management assigned in March 2014, after its successful completion in the beginning of 2015, has been extended to other new products for the same Customer that will get introduced into production in the beginning of 2016.
