Furnacare is a TAV Vacuum Furnaces/TAV Engineering operation located in the United States. Its aims and objectives are to develop the north american market in terms of sales of new units and support of the existing customer base with after sale service. I have been involved in the first phase of the business start up leading a small sales team, working closely to the GM supporting him in many activities from staffing to strategical planning.

- Work closely with the Chinese branch overseeing all the operations- Set sales goal - Attend Tradeshows- Develop sales and marketing strategies that fits to the area- Key accounts handling (after sales, visits, keep relationship)- Report to senior executives on progress and issues
