Software architect and developer lead with over 23 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services Industry (FSI) sector. I have been passionate about computer programming since I was young, at first moved by the fascination for the first personal computer, but soon appreciating how programming allows to express creativity and intellectual skills at the same time. This led me to choose computer science for my university education.During my career I designed and realized various solutions for the FSI sector, and I took part in many projects, acquiring many technical, functional and organizational skills. I had the opportunity to deepen my functional knowledge on the field of capital markets and compliance leading a team of Product Managers with the responsibility of understand customers' needs, specify and analyze these from a functional and technical point of view to ensure clarity of definition in the product requirements, acting as a liaison among the product development group, business analysts, the services group and the internal business sponsor. Along this path in the FSI sector algorithmic trading, in many of its declinations, was the topic that attracted my interest the most.In 2021, I started a new professional adventure at Coalescent Labs, taking on the role of Functional Lead & Principal Engineer.
