A sense of belonging to something greater than themselves can lead to overcoming obstacles, taking appropriate risks and, most importantly, achieving goals precluded to the individual.I strongly believe that feeling a sense of belonging to a team or company can lead anyone to perform at their best. My past experiences, from group work during my university career to work experience as a general manager, have made me realize how much I enjoy interacting with people and working in a team. I like to listen and learn from others, but I also like to make my ideas count when I consider it appropriate. I define myself as a positive, outgoing and focus guy able to take his responsibility and solve problems. Today I am a Management student at Luiss Guido Carli and look forward to discovering my next work experience.
