Work and organizational psycho-sociologist as well as consultant in management, marketing, communication and behavioural training, I have been Adjunct Professor in Organizational Sciences at "Sapienza" University of Rome and I am currently an Adjunct Lecturer of "Social Psychology" and of "Marketing Psychology" at UNINT University of Rome. I also am an International Affiliate of the American Psychological Association (# 9188-7938): the world's largest organization of psychologists.I work for numerous public and private enterprises including ABI (the Italian Bankers Association), Crestcom Company (Italian franchisees); Poste Italiane, Trenitalia (Italian State Railways), Wilde Cosmetics Gmbh (Germany) and the ENASARCO Foundation.I combine a wealth of practical experience with three Master's Degrees in Psychology, in Sociology and in Liberal Arts. I'm a nationally renowned management consultant who has received countrywide acclaim for his qualification in personal and professional development. Thousands have attended my seminars in major cities across Europe (Frankfurt, Milan, Naples, Paris, Rome) in training programs for large and small organizations. As personnel evaluator I have been working since 1987, having customers as Fininvest, Telecom Italia, Gruppo Bancario San Paolo, ACRI and ABI (Italian Saving Bankers Association and Italian Bankers Association).Moreover I authored several publications that have been using as textbooks by ABI (Italian Banking Association), "Sapienza" University of Rome, "Tor Vergata" University of Rome, University of Naples "Federico II", University of Sassari; University of Pavia; L'Aquila University; LUM University "Jean Monnet" of Casamassima, Bari; Széchenyi István University of Budapest.
