This SW package was implemented for a global leader in retail and wholesale pharmacy. My job description included following tasks: - participation to manage the application’s scope and related changes; - effort and costs feasibility assessment to implement requirements; - business requirement gathering; - business rules and user stories writing;- functional test case review and validation in order to meet the business requirements; - team backlog management (planning & prioritization); - Sprint demo preparation and presentation of the delivered working software to the key business stakeholders.
