During the master, I had the opportunity to participate in the CBI-ER project in collaboration with the CERN in Geneva. This was a project developed between Bologna and Geneva and it lasted 4 months. The team was composed of 6 people including designers, engineers and economists and taught me to work in a real job environment with people with different backgrounds.The challenge was born from a real need proposed by a company leader in its sector and allowed us to work jointly with CERN and its "Knowledge Transfer Office" and reaserchers to develop our concept also in its technological aspect. Moreover, this experience taught me how people with different backgrounds think and work, which permitted me to empower my problem-solving capacity and team-working attitude.
