I graduated in International Relations (MSc) with a background in Sociology and Political Science (BSc). Later I boosted my education training in a Masterclass for euro-projecting with the European direct funds, besides a specialization course in tutoring techniques. The research and the analysis of the Italian and European politics and policy making, and lately also of the international politics and economics, have been the focus of a large part of my resumee. Currently my work field is centred on education; thus, I’ve got the opportunity to keep high attention and dedication on those topics that has constitute my educational path. My passion toward geo-political frameworks and scenarios gives me a strong motivation in applying myself on comprehensive analysis, advocacy building and research activities. I have a marked attitude towards adaptability and continuous training which strengthened my relational skills, the ability to analyse and develop research-oriented contents, reporting and communication. The main topic of my BSc’s thesis is the Italian collocation in the European energy and sustainability framework, generated by the Paris Agreement on Climate Change, and the subsequent policies implementation at a national and regional level.Instead, my MSc's thesis in International Relations is a review of the EU’s institutions evolutional process, developed under an historical and structural perspective. The dissertation shows how the Lisbons’s reform (2009) has marked the first step for a possible change of paradigm, both politically and normatively, of the EU towards the Transnational Democracy form of government wich, still, will require further political implementations to accomplish its original purpose (whose are also reviewed by the dissertation).As a university tutor, I did learn and enhanced the proper skills and attitudes necessary on education, giving lectures and supporting the universitarian examination and evaluation activities. Afterwards, I worked in the LUISS's quality assurance academic system, wherein I did reinforce my natural relational and organizational abilities. I am actually employee at the Università Europea di Roma as a member of the post-lauream office, wherein I manage the project cycle for the educational products, since the activation proposal at the university governance, through the course's conduct till the project conclusion.I am an empatethic and versatile person with an inclusive and problem solving oriented character, who's able at the same time to be a team player and an autonomous and proactive resource.
