Having worked in national and international environment in upper management functions, I have over 15 years of senior management experience in leading and organizing functional structures. My field of expertise include also developed skills in planning, information analysis, inspections, reviews, field operations, communication and negotiation, low enforcement, military observation and also efficiency and effectiveness measurement related to the control functions of Units directly leaded by me.Moreover, the military education, training and professional experience acquired in more than 35 years of progressively responsible roles, tasks and duties made me comfortable at implementation of programmes, projects and operations, financial and personnel management, risk assessment, reporting, evaluations and investigations on specific matters. Specifically, I have been leading, at national and international level with different ranks, Engineer Units with a maximum force of 700 people, being supervisor and directly responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of the Units in conducting the assigned operations and reaching the fixed goals.My experience of peacekeeping and humanitarian relief operations within NATO missions has helped me develop the necessary skills and professional field experience in the international environment at military and civilian level in different sectors. My leadership and management style is inspired to guarantee efficiency and determination rightly balanced with flexibility. In all commitments my professionalism has always been evaluated as outstanding.I have been awarded with several decorations: Gold Cross for Long Service, Knight of Italian Republic Military Order, Gold Medal for Long period of Command, Medal for the Police Public Security Operation “Vespri Siciliani”, NATO Medal for Operation in Former YUGOSLAVIA, Italian Cross for Peace Missions, Medal of the French National Defense for BOSNIA Operations and Austrian Black Cross.
