RateHawk is a travel-tech company and a B2B accommodation platform, part of the Emerging Travel Group. As part of Italy’s team, I am responsible for the company’s B2B agreements in the territory, specifically in the regions of Umbria and Abruzzo. My responsabilities include:- Sign new deals remotely, onsite, and through events;- Building long-term strategic partnerships with key players;- Developing and implementing a new project that requires technological innovation of the platform and ad hoc creations for travel startups;- Contributing to the adoption of API solutions by key players;I achieved all monthly goals by 100%, bringing new partners into the company and activating them within the designated time.

As the CEO of Toratora, I lead the business development of the company. From stakeholders' relations to partnerships, I deal with all the field operations. I am in charge of a team of 10, in which I define processes and support the flexible and flat management inside our group. In less than two years, we grew into three different markets and transformed the travel industry.

I first joined Lazio Innova through "Torno Subito", a program of the Lazio Region, that supports young entrepreneurs starting their own business. Together with my team, I start building an innovative company in the field of traveling and tourism. During this time, we developed a new business: from planning to launch in the market.

I joined this innovative program in Los Angeles, dedicated to turning young talents into entrepreneurs. I had the opportunity to develop and validate my business ideas and pitch to investors at the end of the program. During this time, I learned many different touchpoints to launch a new business, and I started developing the grounds of Toratora.

"Lavorare per il Mondo" is an international non-profit organization that sustains education in developing countries through investors' donations, sponsors, and regional funding.As a trainee at the Business and Investments department, my main tasks were:- Elaborating economic budgets;- Developing financial analysis and reporting;- Supporting investor relations;- Contribute to regional development planning.
