The Head of Offshore Pipeline Field Joint Coating: • Ensure, for what concern Pipeline FJC, the achievement of productivity targets for the assigned projects; • Ensure the availability of assets and resources necessary to deliver projects requiring FJC activities;• Ensure the development and safeguard the competences of the Pipeline FJC function aimed to support the activities of the business line;• Ensure optimization of technical-technological choices affecting coating activities and on the relevant performance;• Oversee FJC engineering on Offshore projects;• Oversee the execution of FJC activities and the management and maintenance of the related equipment;• Ensure the optimal management and maintenance of the FJC equipment, guaranteeing their efficiency;• Ensure the development of the FJC professional family, guaranteeing the related performance evaluation and compensation;• Ensure the capitalization of the acquired experiences and the promotion and diffusion of know-how;• Propose pipeline FJC initiatives to Digital, ICT and R&D and ensure the operating coordination of the assigned technological development initiatives/activities, respecting the technical-scientific, time schedule and cost targets defined for each initiative;• Contribute to the definition of procurement strategies for relevant goods and services; monitor, for that which is within its remit, the technical qualification of vendors and the assessments for the selection thereof for individual projects;• Support the Digital, ICT & R&D function into the definition and implementation of digital initiatives.
