Insieme al mio team ci siamo occupati di programmi di formazione finanziata per un portafoglio di circa 150 aziende - tra PMI e multinazionali - assicurandoci che i finanziamenti fossero ottenuti, gestiti e rendicontati in modo semplice ed efficace.Nel corso degli anni abbiamo gestito più di 5 milioni di euro di finanziamenti ed erogato più di cinquantamila ore di formazione.Ho avuto modo di progettare programmi formativi per le più grandi aziende italiane come Enel, Salini-Impregilo, Poste Italiane e Autostrade per L'Italia.

My second placement, in San Francisco, was amazing. I had the opportunity to deliver a job analysis for the role of the General Manager at the JDV boutique hotels of California. I had the luck to meet directly with Chip Conley, the president, at that time, of the company and to work close with him and his HR Director. I developed the job analysis through scientific research and on-site interviews with current GMs. the results were quite interesting and useful for JDV.

For my Masters degree in Organisational Psychologist I decided to do my first placement at the Police academy. It was a great experience because I had a close look at the selection process cadets go though to be accepted in the police force. My role was to analyse psychometric tests and interviews, look after their administration and review the benefits of each one of them. In the end it was nice to discover that certain tests could be improved, if not replaced. I left the Academy, before going to my second placement in San Francisco, with a complete review of my considerations which were well received.
