I developed my expertise, theory wise, in Economics at the University of Bologna in 2007beforehand, while working part-time in an accounting firm specialized in financialadvisory. Having finished my first Degree, I spent one year in the U.S.A, in order to improve my English,working in a American Heart Association, helping managers in project planning, organizing fairs and fundraising.On returning from America, I started a second Degree course in International Management at theUniversità Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. This was a pioneer course, due to the fact that all lectures and exams were held in English.Since 2010, I have been working at ABB S.p.a. (Multinational world leader in providing products and services for the automation of plant and equipment), doing business development in the Discrete Automation and Motion’s Division. To be able to convey my findings to both the sales network, and to the management, I havedeveloped, and I believe mastered, a special, discreet attitude to tackle the most uncomfortablesituations.I have been working within the Italian strategic team for almost than 4 years, years during which, professionally and personally speaking, I grew up much, studying and understanding deeply the knowledge of the industrial italian market, working in costant collaboration with the sales network, implementing my presentation skills.Since 2014, I'm a Chattered Accountant.I am not a method or static worker, but rather try to judge each job on a case by case basis.Furthermore, I am compliant or yield to those with more knowledge, and attentive to those who arein need of my expertise. I am a people person, so I truly enjoy working in a team, bringing with me a strong aptitude for problem solving. I am punctual and considerate of others' time. In sum, I am noslacker; I am pragmatic in decisions, recommendations and actions, which has led me to become a fine 'decision maker'.
