As a part of Operations Department in Microsoft I was responsible for managing the end to end technical requirements for the Product Release Services Lab and aftrer in charge for Volume Licensable product in Pricing Team:-Release Operations Technician (Release & Data Mgnt - Microsoft EOC Release Lab) Process all Microsoft electronic and physical releases within the agreed SLA using current lab tools and processes.Process all Microsoft OEM demand releases within the agreed SLA on SAP Production system and apply the requirement from supply-chain base in order to check the loop of requests from OEM suppliers.Daily meeting with supply-chain Manager in order to monitor the highlight and lowlight of supplier flow.Ensure Lab is up to date with current upgrades to all Microsoft tools and escalate issues to the Lab Manager.Pro-actively handle and/or resolve issues that delay release of software, keeping contacts informed of progress.Communicate sensitive technical issues to internal and external customers from a non technical background Design and Implement technical or process improvements to the Lab with the benefits of time and cost savings.Technical Expertise to troubleshoot/resolve issues within tools, systems and/or process.Provide process documentation as assigned in project and ISO documentation.-Pricing Analyst (Microsoft Operation EOC Pricing)Main Responsibilities:Maintaining pricelists in the pricing data system (SAP) for EMEA loop. Maintain accuracy and integrity of all of the above lists through a number of quality checks and ensure consistency with billing systems.Apply updates to pricing system and deliver updated lists to internal and external customers through MS communication system or other means of distribution. Ensure all updates are applied as per the quality control procedures.
