Taking care of them step by step without wasting time and stimulating interest and knowledge to make plants grow in our environment.Furthermore our hanging flowerpots and safety systems allow intelligent use of corners in every house suitable for plants, our IoT technology can scan moisture, light, temperature and makes cultivation simple and exciting in every small corner.Our business model has two aspects. We have an ecommerce platform where we sell Direct to Consumer and a B2B model where we sell to retailers.At GardenStuff, we combine space optimization, plant needs with technology integration.

After designing my first product I decided to make it available to everyone.I was able to learn about market dynamics and product industrialization processes. At the same time, to improve purchasing performance and make access to specific material transformations easier, I created a portal that intelligently connects suppliers and customers. I took part in the management of all executive activities: Procurement, Production, Maintenance and Logistics. Coordination and management of the entire process that becomes executive after the customer approves the order: scheduling of delivery, definition of suppliers, production planning, study of logistic activities to be carried out, cost control. During the 12 months of work in one of the negotiations through an in-depth study of the market of an excipient, I obtained an immediate annual saving greater than the cost that the company claimed for my remuneration for the entire period of work within the structure.
