CurrentThe main recruitment and management activities include: Searching and selecting engineering profiles through the main channels, such as LinkedIn, Almalaurea, Allibo, Monster, Indeed; Using Unatrix as an ATS system to manage the entire selection process: from receiving applications to classifying them, to managing contact with candidates and tracking the selection process; Weekly meetings with the business team to coordinate and update active searches, ensuring constant alignment with client needs and company priorities; Initial telephone interviews for an initial assessment of candidates' skills and expectations; Organisation of the second step of selection, planning in-depth interviews with engineering managers; Drafting and publishing advertisements on specialised platforms and university portals.
