Order Process Management - Packaging Division
CurrentManagement of national and international orders, with focus and responsibility on each step of the process: checking the order and the contractual conditions, entering the order in the internal system. Supervision of the subsequent stages of planning, production and logistics until delivery.Coordination activities in the development of new projects, in collaboration with the various departments (design, programming), in order to ensure customer satisfaction and needs in terms of quality and finished product performance.Detailed drafting of technical data sheets for the production department, containing all the technical aspects necessary for the realisation of the product on the different processing lines. Collaboration with suppliers of materials and services necessary for the development of the product in line with the needs of the customer. Management of any complaints through support and after-sales service, in order to ensure problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
