As It Operation manager I have to ensure that the IT live environement is working in line with business expectations taking into account the internal and external policies. My team is also involved during the ICT engineering phase and before each roll-out in order to check that the solution is fully compiant with technical standards and italian legislation. In charge of Infrastructure Management.My main responsibility is to manage BT Italia's IT infrastructure in terms of new investments, ensuring the proper technology updates to the business and in terms of service management, ensuring that all the activities are in line with security and process standards.

July 1996 – December 1998 – Unix specialists in Telesoft spa involved mainly in performance and capacity planning issues on main projects for the customer Telecom Italia.June 1994 – June 1996 – C/C++ and unix shell script developer in Telesoft spa involved in the project PSC (Common Service Platforms) used by all the OSS systems in Telecom Italia network department.
