I'm currently responsible to manage all the activities related to plastic consumables used on board of all DiaSorin analyzers (Immunodiagnostic & Molecular Business Units): - Definition of product requirements; - Development and monitoring of project plans; - Management of the relationships with the external suppliers (mainly injection molding Companies) involved in the project; - Definition of validation test plans and statistical process controls (6sigma Black Belt);- Compliance to applicable Medical Directives; - Monitoring of post-market.

I was interested in the management of HW and plastic consumable activities related to the development of immunodiagnostic analyzers. My main tasks consisted in:- Definition of product requirements;- Management of the relationships with the suppliers involved in development processes;- Revision and approval of technical drawings;- Elaboration of test procedures;- Elaboration of product manuals.

I was interested in technical sales activities related to the commercialization of a TLC system for optical fiber applications (CWDM & DWDM technologies). My activities consisted in:- Sales Engineering: elaboration of techno-economical offers implementing the right solution to answer to Key Account customers (mainly TLC operators and System Integrators) requests.- Business Development: presentation of product features to new customers (conduction of training activities, participation to business meetings).

I supported the management of the Product Lifecycle of a system for Optical Fibres TLC applications. My main activities consisted in:- Definition of Product Requirements, especially through the direct management of a Project for the development of a Tool that helps customers in the configuration of their applications.- Product Marketing: elaboration of documents sent to customers, as answer to tenders and business competitions.- Training: elaboration of product manuals and organization of training sessions.
