Development of the project "Barilla Global Traceability", involving the following activities:Analysis of Barilla’s logistic processes, with a focus on downstream traceability of finished products, to manage food security and related risks.Participation in working groups aimed at the definition and implementation of:1) Barilla’s standard for the labeling of finished products (for the purpose of traceability), from boxes to pallets. 2) Barilla’s standard for warehouse processes, to be implemented both in Barilla sites and in suppliers’ ones, with the aim of ensuring coherence between physical processes and traceability data. 3) Creation of a new traceability repository
