I'm CTO at Marshmallow Games. We build educational apps for kids, teaching them STEM subjects through engaging games. We are a growing team that is going to write an important page in the story of innovating teaching for kids.After I started my job career as a researcher, I founded my own startup and worked as external consultant for several projects.Talking about competences, I gained important experience in software design and development from web to mobile technologies, as well as deep understanding of social media marketing and communication.I believe my profile can be now seen as a good mix of technical skills and management and business knowledge in the wide area of ICT innovation.MSc in Telecommunication Engineering after I graduated with honors in 2008 at "Politecnico di Bari".In April 2012, I got my PhD in Information Engineering.I have been collaborating from September 2008 until January 2012 with Nokia Siemens Networks at Aalborg University (Denmark) as research assistant, focusing my research activities on Radio Resource Management Algorithms for LTE networks and innovative schemes for Inter-Cell Interference Management in femto-cell cellular networks.From May 2012 to February 2015 I served as researcher at the Italian National Research Council (CNR), where I was involved in project management and development activities concerning the application of AR/VR technologies to manufacturing contexts.In 2013 I co-founded Smarfle, a startup operating in the world of digital music and mobile applications.
