In 2013 I chose to undertake a consulting path, and, as of today, I strongly believe it has been the right choice. I am working with Companies that have the will to improve and grow; I like to put my experience and my competencies at the service of Corporate Organizations. In 2015 I set up a new business venture, Miror Consulting, focus on change management and innovation process. This is giving me a taste of what it means to be an entrepreneur: identifying opportunities, building relations with new partners and creating innovative business models. I am definitively living the most enjoyable business years of my life.Previously, I embarked on a career in telecommunications, covering a wide range of roles at Olivetti, Telecom Italia, Telespazio and Vodafone Italy. I see continuous self-development as essential and, in July 2014, I accomplished successfully the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School in Boston.
