Gestione e attuazione del Fondo per lo sviluppo e la coesione (FSC), il quale, congiuntamente ai Fondi strutturali europei, è lo strumento finanziario principale attraverso cui vengono attuate le politiche per lo sviluppo della coesione economica, sociale e territoriale e la rimozione degli squilibri economici e sociali in attuazione dell’articolo 119, comma 5, della Costituzione italiana e dell’articolo 174 del Trattato sul funzionamento dell’Unione europea.

As a European Affairs Policy Intern at ECSA, I was responsible for a wide range of tasks. These included monitoring EU policy developments in authors' rights and cultural policies, researching, elaborating, and drafting ECSA policy positions on authors' rights, and cultural policies. I also undertook advocacy activities together with the EU Affairs and Programme Officer and the Secretary General, which included preparing briefing documents, attending meetings, and engaging with EU policymakers, mostly at the European Parliament. Additionally, I participated in meetings and conferences organised by regional and European institutions. More specifically, I had to regularly attend the CULT and JURI Committees in the European Parliament. In these meetings, I had the opportunity to watch the EU legislative process unfold, from formal voting to informal discussions, and how ECSA participates in the policy-making process. I also reported on the meetings and provided feedback to the ECSA team.
