My name is Francesco De Paola and I've been working for more than 15 years on wellbeing and happiness either thoward people and organizations, mixing organizational consulting, training and personal coaching. What inspire my actions is the desire to give people the opportunity to fluorish, expressing their potential and empowering their strenghts toward excellence.
