I served an internship at the previously mentioned medical center working as a physical activity and health promotion specialist. I adopted the protocol developed by the University of Madrid (INEF) based on a study of the benefits of physical activity on hemodialysis treatment pathological condition. My role consisted of planning and monitoring the training protocol following the guidelines , being in contact with doctors and nurses and forming a multidisciplinary team in order to improve the overall physical patients’ condition.

I cooperated with the before mentioned gym for four years, starting as with an internship period and then becoming part of the training team. I had the opportunity to develop my skills in planning a bespoke individual training schedule based on different customers’ needing and in assisting customers during their training sessions, managing the gym equipment. I also worked together with osteopath and physiotherapist , creating a multidisciplinary team.
