Managed B2B marketing, Set up and managed new distribution and sourcing partnerships, restructured the salereps network, oversaw launch and development of CRM.With the agreement of Exon ownership performed assignments as an expert in telecom and media for Accenture and Deloitte and as an advisor on marketing and sales issues for a Hong Kong distributor of top brands of Italian fashion.

Rome, Italy. Defined and managed the low-budget viral marketing approach and set up the trade distribution network of the start-up satellite pay-TV platform competitor to SKY Italy, developing the subscriber basis from zero to 45.000.

Milan Italy. managed an internal team supporting the top management in the assessment of new business opportunities and in the realignment of the organization within the media (TV and Movie) companies of the Group and at Corporate level. Addressed convergence issues between Telecoms and Financial industries and Corporate Governance issues.

Telecom and Media practice. Developed and managed client relationships, sale and execution of projects, teams. Among main cases:- Founding Partner of DINE and FUN Multi Access Vertical Portal Internet start-up on restaurants (May 2000 - December 2001, LOA from ADL)- defined the market offer system and supported launch for a start-up in xDSL broadband last mile access nad ISP and VOIP services- was involved in assessments of the opportunity and strategic approach to UMTS for various mobile operators- analysed win/loss in the business market for a TLC incumbent, understood the reasons for churn and developed a win-back strategy- designed a re-launch strategy for a EU satellite telecom operator to increase market penetration and shareholder value- assessed the attractiveness of a new market for a mobile international operator- reviewed the viability of the strategy and the consistency of business plans for two leading media TV companies
