More than 15 years of experience in IT, in several roles: head of software development department, servicemanager, project manager, software architect, solution specialist, team leader and software developer.I have dealt with IT Project in many industry domains (banking, media & broadcasting, telco, insurance, retail,pharma and manufacturing) and successfully managed, high pressure, complex relational contexts.Generally speaking I am an opponent of the "status quo" and I enjoy promoting innovation and improvements.In the introvert-extrovert personality spectrum, I tend to be on the introvert side: I feel energized when focusing deeplyon a subject or activity that really interests me and I generally prefer listening to talking, reading to "hard socializing"and…I like to think before I speak.The ability to focus and to "deep dive" led me to acquire consolidated IT technical hard skills, and to be always keen onacquiring new ones.Competency, paired with the natural tendency in being a very good listener, enabled me to gain respect andappreciation by colleagues and clients. Moreover, the mix of technical and managerial skills allowed me to beparticularly appreciated for the capacity to be an effective "bridge" between business and technology: a person ableto understand and contribute to the achievement of business objectives, knowing how to relate to IT people and able tomake the most of the IT world.I like to be a "hands on" person: I can effectively conceive and design a theoretical solution, but I really enjoycontributing to the realization phase and in ensuring that the solution proposed goals have been achieved.
