For a major multinational in Perfumery and Flavours:Developed a complete set of integrated ESB and SOA standards Design and administration of a custom SOA repository .Ad-interim ESB Lead for the Client, with responsibility for ESB platform, offshore development team, design authority, QA, and coaching. IWas a key actor in two major projects and integration designer and coordinator: one around a commercial LIMS based on a customized Starlims solution, and the other around a massive bespoke Java application to support the perfumery and flavors creation process.In team lead role, ensured compliance with functional and non-functional requirements dealing with several other teams, produced the vast majority of the ESB designs, and drove the delivery from the beginning of development to the final handover to support.

Management a team of 5 Danone FTE + external staff, with responsibility for the whole Middleware Integration platform of the Danone Baby & Medical divisions, including both support and project delivery.Also serving as technical and functional integration architect for the integration between Danone SAP and legacy Numico systems (based on JD Edwards). Also responsible for all methodology, standardization, and knowledge management aspects related to Danone Baby & Medical middleware.

Management of a small team (2 Danone FTE + some externals), to support and perfom Corrective and Adaptive maintenance of the middleware infrastructure (EAI+EDI) of Danone Baby and Medical Nutrition (DBMN). Responsibility over 200+ production interfaces running on 14 different application servers.Responsible for the support processes as they relate to the middleware: incident management, change/release management, capacity management, disaster recovery, etc., according the the ITIL Service Management methodology.Review over all proposed middleware architecture changes and major integration designs.Besides my responsibility in the area of middleware architecture, methodology, and support, also covered the role of Middleware Functional Architect. Played a key role in the foundation of the Enterprise Application Integration backbone within Numico using webMethods 6 / webMethods Enterprise. Covered the role of principal EAI architect in six major projects. Worked in the areas of integration architecture, methodology, data modeling, as well as detailed design, coding and testing. Strongly contributed to the design and implementation of many integrations between ERP (J.D. Edwards OneWorld), APS (Manugistics), EDI partners (EDIFACT/EANCOM), third-party Warehouse Management Systems, and Oracle-based legacy systems.
