I’m responsible for the overall GMS operations including preparation for launches and routine operations, interacting with Sys Eng for all the activities relevant GMS system upgrades and with KMF responsible for secure ops.In my daily work, I should implement GMS operations through support provided by • Mission Planning Engineers• Mission Engineer• Ground and Network Engineers• on-shift teams ( 24/7 operations ensured by Ground Controller and Mission Controller )• KMF responsible for secure operation• ILS responsible for what concern Integrated Logistic Support and MaintenanceI’m directly responsible for:• GMS planning & analysis• GMS technical monitoring (m&c of ground assets)• GMS on line mission monitoring for what concernt the mission and service relevant telemetries and reporting• the preparation and actuation of the Mission Operation Plan• 24/7 operations of on-shift teams• supporting GMS upgrade activities and SCTC with ESA/SIV• supporting GSOV and simulation campaign• ensuring operation reporting• Coordinate GMS activities with ESA/SIV/ SPO i/f, Syst Eng Area, HE
