Principali Mansioni:• Gestione non conformità (RNC), 8D Report ed implementazione delle azioni correttive, in collaborazione con gli enti Tecnico e Produzione;• Monitoraggio delle linee di produzione sul rispetto delle GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), rispetto delle procedure e dei flussi di lavoro.• Gestione procedure e istruzioni operative dei processi interni;• Formazione degli operatori in merito ad aspetti qualitativi e produttivi (attraverso foto difetti, campioni, criteri di accettabilità, istruzioni operative specifiche);• Controllo e registrazione scarti di produzione con analisi e risoluzione della root cause (RCA), utilizzando strumenti come 5Why, 4M, Ishikawa;• Gestione della documentazione di prodotto/processo richiesto dal cliente (PPAP; piano di AQF);• Gestione ed aggiornamento periodico degli indici di qualità e produzione (KPI);• Analisi ed elaborazione dei dati relativi alla Customer Satisfaction e supporto clienti nella gestione dei claim.

• Quality analysis of the product manufacturability.• Stratified analysis of the product performances from incoming up to customer’s line and field.• Guarantee the assigned customers, the product quality and reliability, in accordance with established parameters.• Promotion and management of corrective actions. Continuous quality improvement.• Customer relations regarding all the technical issues related to the product quality, functionality and performance.• Editing product “Preliminary” documentation and Process Control Plan (PCP).• Support and reference for all the technical issues related to the sample production process (and to the process parameters definition and optimization) for the entire lifetime of the product.• Coordination of defect prevention activities: analyses of process data, Process FMEA coordination.• Responsible for the production process qualification.• Process analysis and mapping.• Definition of the process capability and CTQ (Critical to Quality).• Implementation of techniques and tools of statistical critical variables (control charts, instruments, R&R and reoccurrence analysis) and of the process performance in order to have a ‘consistent’ and continuous quality improvement.
