JEMP - Junior Enterprise of Politecnico di Milano is a university entrepreneurial initiative that offers consultancy to international companies and startups, entirely managed by students from different academic backgrounds, with the aim of shortening the distance between theoretical and practical preparation in the labour market. In the association, I covered the position of Audit Consultant. As an auditor, I obtained ISO 9001 certification and advised on commercial strategies. I managed PR, securing coverage in "Corriere della Sera", established Public Administration contacts, developed KPIs,contributed to a startup's business model, and organized an event for fifty attendees.
