Main duties and responsibilities:• Coordinating the operations of the Board of Directors.• Implementing the decisions of the BoD with full powers regarding technical and commercial decisions.• Handling institutional relations with local authorities at all levels to ensure proper corporate management.• Accountable for profitability of the Company.• Leading and ensuring the implementation of the Health&Safety, Environmental and Quality policies.• Defining Company strategy in terms of business development and investments.• Legal representation of the Company for local institutions and for the management of legal and judicial litigation.• Ensuring correct communication of Company policies and legal guidelines throughout the Company from top down and making sure they are followed at all times.• Delegating responsibilities and controlling the work of executives, providing guidance and motivation to reach the highest performance.• Public speaker and public relations representative of the Company with the remit of enhancing its profile.

Plant management in compliance with Group guidelines and strategies, operations and Capex budgets, Company policies and procedures established in terms of safety, health and environment.Direction and management of plant operations for Production, Maintenance and Quality ensuring the achievement of manufacturing objectives maximizing the operational industrial performances.Industrial relations management and negotiations with local representatives and Institutions.
