A smile and trying to solve the problems of the guests are the two prerogatives in the sectors in which we deal with the public.Often a smile and being interested in the customer's needs make the relationship friendlier. Understand the problems quickly, read up quickly ifnecessary and being focused on achieving goals makes work more challenging. Many times it is not possible to satisfy the customer's requests, which we know are often extravagant, but being cordial and showing your willingness to try to help them makes the guest inclined to accept the result.The customer appreciates the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff and this reduces the distance between the guest and the company, which creates a relationship of trust. I admit that it took many years to develop the "everlasting smile" and multicultural empathy; customers from different countries have different attitudes and problems.This, however, gave me great satisfaction. When the customer greets you by name with a big smile every time he meets me, to me it's like a "Well Done!"
